Executive Assistant -- The Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) is seeking a candidate for a high level administrative position. SRBC is a small, specialized governmental agency with professional, technical and support staff (www.srbc.net). Applicants must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong clerical qualifications, including proofreading and attention to detail, are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and knowledge of document management are also required. Aquatic Ecologist/Biologist needed to perform watershed assessment and protection work. Qualifications include a degree in aquatic ecology/biology or related field, and at least 2 years work experience (graduate work may serve as substitute for work experience). Experience with characterizing water quality impacts on biological communities required, within the context of both rural and urban settings. Additionally, strong computer, communication, and organizational skills required. GIS experience a plus. Field work and occasional overnight travel required.
