SRBC Comprehensive Plan

On December 4, 2008, SRBC adopted as final
the revised Comprehensive Plan for the Water Resources of the Susquehanna River Basin. The Comprehensive Plan provides a framework for SRBC to manage and develop the basin's water resources and serves as a guide for all SRBC programs and activities. The Plan is also intended as a resource for SRBC's member jurisdictions, water resource managers, private sector interests and others in the basin.

Following are links to the Plan summary (short and long versions) and the complete Plan (with and without appendices). See helpful tips at the bottom for downloading the complete Plan, if needed:

Tips on Downloading the Plan

  • Download times may vary due to connection speeds.
  • The Plan is in .pdf format. If you have the standard or professional 8.x version of Adobe Acrobat installed on your PC, you have the ability to add comments directly on the .pdf document.
  • Due to the landscaped tables contained within Appendix 2, it is recommended that you print the document to a printer that supports landscape printing.
