SRBC's Comprehensive Plan for the Water Resources of the Susquehanna River Basin - fully revised and adopted in December 2008 with amendments to follow each year - provides a framework for SRBC to manage and develop the basin's water resources and serves as a guide for all SRBC programs and activities. The Plan is also intended as a resource for SRBC's member jurisdictions, water resource managers, private sector interests and others in the basin.
