Water Resources Program for Fiscal Years 2010 and 2011

The Susquehanna River Basin Compact (P.L. 91-575) requires SRBC to annually adopt a water resources program based on the comprehensive plan and consisting of projects and facilities SRBC and other agencies and the private sector plan to undertake over an identified period to help meet the water resource needs in the Susquehanna basin.

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission's headquarters building, situated along the Susquehanna River, serves as an example of flood resistant design with the first fully-functional floor level and all utilities elevated well above the record setting Hurricane Agnes flood of 1972.
