The Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) and Paxton Creek Watershed & Education Association (PCWEA) are working in partnership on a three year project to develop and promote an innovative and cooperative stormwater management approach for Pennsylvania communities, addressing stormwater impacts on a watershed basis.
