SRBC Commission Meeting to Take Place September 16, 2010

At the September 16, 2010 quarterly business meeting, SRBC staff will recommend for final rulemaking amendments to its project review regulations (18 CFR Parts 806 and 808), which are subject to change up to the time of final adoption.  The rulemaking would restore omitted provisions on subsidiary allocations, reiterate existing practices and policies, clarify provisions on change of ownership, improve and consolidate public notice requirements, refine Approval by Rule provisions, supplement approval criteria for diversions and restructure administrative appeal procedures.
