Applications - Applications are generally available on the Portal within
30 days of submittal to the Commission. The Commission will not hold a hearing or
take action on an application before public notice has been made and the public
has had a chance to offer comments.
Approvals - Approvals are generally available on the Portal within approximately
two weeks of Commission action. The 30-day appeal period for approvals is determined
by notification provisions of Section 808.2 of Commission regulations, not the date
of Commission action.
